It's all a bit sus.........

The other day I had someone knock on my door from the council looking for my next door neighbour with an overdue bill in her hand. She wanted to know what time of day was the best time to catch her!

Then last night I came home about 10pm to find my neighbour moving her stuff out! Who moves out at 10pm??? There's something dodgy going on here......
