A change of tone

My blog has been a bit deep and slightly depressing recently - I was thinking this on Sunday night at about 3am when I couldn't sleep (is it just me or does time pass REALLY slowly in the middle of the night?!).

So, with that in mind, I have been trying to think about funny stories from school to post, but to be honest, it's been hard to find something this week! And then yesterday happened! (it's not that funny, but at the moment I'll take anything I can get!)

I brought some lovely new boots on Saturday which I wore to school yesterday. I have never seen the girls (and worryingly, some boys) go so mad! They spent the whole day going on about them, it was very sweet. Then at playtime, I was on duty and as I was walking around, two girls from my class came up to me on tip toe and just started following me around like that. When I asked what they were doing, they said 'we've got new boots like you!' They did that for the whole playtime - their feet must have hurt!! (as did mine at the end of the day - but they are lovely!)
